Everyone is unique and presents their own challenges. You may feel disorganized, and unsure how to feel secure throughout your day. Or, you might experience anxiety in your body and feel unsure why. You might even feel that you don’t feel like the person that you want to be. My goal is to walk with you on your journey, and help you to achieve your goals. Throughout our sessions, I will ask you to walk through your experiences with me, and I can guide you through your emotions. We can plan together on how to move forward in the short and/or the long run. You deserve to be heard. And, whatever you are or have experienced, whatever you’re feeling about it is valid and understandable. I will provide a safe and genuine space for where we can work collaboratively, so that you will come away with a few new tools to use, and learn a few new skills to be the person you want to be.
